K-surround pm
Cost: $120.00 This includes your
child's uniform fee for first time sign-ups only.
There is an additional fee for returning students
who would like to order a new uniform

made payable to B.A.S.E
Testing for this session
will be on Thursday, June 10th at 4:00- cost
is $30.00 for test,checks must be paid a week
in advance and you will be notified if your
childwill NOT be tested.
